We aim to be the premier call of the elderly in Maryland and Washington, DC for their primary or urgent medical needs.
Founding Fathers Medical House Call is built out of recognizing the need of the frail elderly and their family for convenient access to healthcare services, especially doctor’s office visitations. Many in the elderly population deal with severe chronic illnesses or disabilities that make it challenging for them to get to the doctor’s office. Further inconvenienced, they may skip their doctor’s appointments, potentially making their health worse. Most often, a lack of doctor consultations can lead to ER visits, hospitalization, or nursing home care confinement.
Convenient healthcare access is the key to enable the elderly to get on top of their health. We provide medical and chronic management services that help seniors remain in their homes with dignity. These and other medical services, we strive to improve the health and quality of the lives of all our patients.
